South Devon UTC BTEC Level 3 Engineers were given the privilege of attending a talk from Medical Equipment Manager, David Frank on the vast number of opportunities available to college leavers. David was extremely impressed with the facilities the college had to offer and the level of work the students are producing here at the UTC.

David spoke of opportunities across a number of sectors including systems, manufacturing, Computer Aided Design and Additive Manufacturing. The students were fully engaged and offered up some interesting questions about the roles on offer and the funded courses available to them when they leave the college. They were very keen to learn about the NHS funding degree-level apprenticeships alongside employment.
