Senior IT Support Engineer – Education South West
Full time position: 37 hours per week and 52 weeks per year
Salary: NJC Grade starting from D10 (£21,322) to E22 (£27,041) depending on experience
ESW is a growing multi academy trust, currently comprising three secondary academies, one all through academy and six primary academies. This role works within the IT Services Team and reports to the IT Services Manager.
The primary function of this role is to provide professional, efficient, proactive and reactionary IT support, project roll outs and to provide an escalation point for technical support requests. The IT services team is a centralised team supporting the whole Trust as part of shared services operation.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in cloud technologies such as Office 365 and capable of managing projects – (installs/migrations) – from configuration, implantation to ongoing support and has a proven track record of managing concurrent priorities, always maintaining a customer service focused approach which ensures high levels of technical assistance and customer satisfaction.
