There was an air of royalty at Rydon Primary School today.

Celebrations for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee started with the children arriving dressed in red, white and blue. Later in the day, the whole school gathered on the field where a rousing verse of the national anthem was sung. The children then joined in with a parade to showcase their Jubilee hats and participated in a 50’s style jive led by Mrs Reeve and Mrs Edworthy.
