Today saw the start of Archaeology Club at Kingswear Primary School!

For the first two weeks we will be on the “dig site” at a local resident’s garden, armed with tools and gloves, to uncover any historical artefacts that might be lying hidden. The children thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and were very excited with the finds table. In later weeks, we will be bringing the items back to Kingswear Primary School and researching their identities and time periods. We could have a budding Alice Roberts on our hands!
