Working as part of the Welfare Team, the Inclusion Assistant is an exciting role that is pivotal to the effectiveness of our Academy Behaviour Policy. Supported by the Academy Leadership Team, you will take a key role within an Academy wide strategy focusing upon pupils, in both Primary and Secondary who may require more support and guidance to attend and fully engage in all of their lessons. Your role will involve working alongside individual pupils as well as in small groups to ensure they are fully prepared to learn and are successful within their lessons.
You must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work, be able to lead by example and to work on your own initiative. You will be a determined and resilient individual who believes that a culture of excellent behaviour for learning and respect is vital to the progress of our pupils and key to supporting them in unlocking their full potential.
