ESW News 12 February 2021
Please see below press release relating to the DfE announcement regarding Teaching School hubs. This is a fantastic achievement by all involved in this, but special mention must go to Martin Smith, Sarah Frame and Roger Pope.
This week we also say good bye and good luck to a few members of staff. Holly Stephenson, Lucy Cater, Kirsty Key, Mike Turner and Mel Triggs who leave us for pastures new.
Thank you for everything that all of you have done, and are continuing to do for colleagues, pupils and your communities. I hope that the lack of any children in schools next week gives everybody a chance to recharge batteries and enjoy some downtime.
Next term promises once again to be an interesting one. We know we have two weeks at least of remote learning for all children, after that it is likely that some remote education will remain in place, any returns will most likely start with the youngest age children and move upwards. However, if there is anything we have learnt this last year it is that speculation is fruitless!
Have a great weekend when it comes and do find some downtime over the next week,
