Coombeshead Academy recently hosted the joint annual ESW Careers Fair with Teign School for all students from Year 7 through to Year 13. The evening was a great success with over 120 delegates supporting the event from all over the Country. Students from both schools were given the opportunity to speak and ask questions from many of the top universities through to businesses and local training providers.

The Education South West Careers Fair also gave students and employers a chance to meet one another and discuss potential job and training opportunities.

One parent said, ‘Many kind thanks for a fantastic careers fair. The children enjoyed meeting such a wide variety of industries and universities and really appreciated the event.’

The ESW Careers Fair also provided a platform for students to have a greater understanding of local and national employment opportunities.
